The statistical minimum average wage is 2,600 yuan, 930 yuan higher than the city's minimum wage. In the tourism, hospitality and catering industries, which employ a large workforce in Sanya, the average and minimum wages of first-tier employees have increased to varying degrees. The average salary of employees in entertainment services such as service staff, restaurant attendants and a cleaning lady has increased, and the average salary for these positions is usually in the range of 2,800 to 3,000 yuan. There are 17 positions with an average salary of 2600-3000 yuan, accounting for 13.7% of the total number of jobs.


This part of the range of vacancies is mainly focused on jobs that do not require a lot of academic qualifications and technology, such as security, cleaning, etc. There are 55 positions with an average salary of 3001-4000 yuan, accounting for 44.3% of the positions. This subset of positions is the largest, mainly covering technical and supervisor-level positions. There are 30 jobs with an average salary of 4001-5000 yuan, accounting for 24.1% of the total number of jobs. These are mainly positions that require certain skills and experience for employees, including insurance salesmen, etc.


There are 20 positions with an average salary of over 5,000 yuan, accounting for 16.1% of the total number of positions. These are mainly positions above the managerial level and positions requiring a higher level of professionalism
