Russia's Coronavirus Operational Headquarters has decided to lift all restrictions on entry and exit across the land border with Mongolia and Kazakhstan from 0:00 Moscow time on March 30, 2022.
In the message of the Russian Operational Headquarters for Combating Coronavirus, it is specified that from March 30, 2021, restrictions will be lifted on:
1. entry of citizens of Kazakhstan into Russia and departure of citizens of the Russian Federation to Kazakhstan through the land sections of the Russian-Kazakh border;
2. Entry of citizens of Mongolia to Russia and departure of citizens of the Russian Federation to Mongolia through the land sections of the Russian-Mongolian border.
Previously, land sections of the border with Mongolia and Kazakhstan were closed due to the coronavirus pandemic.
