Vietnam is restoring its visa-free travel policy for the first time in two years, which was suspended in early 2020 due to the coronavirus pandemic.
Vietnam announced the resumption of a 15-day visa-free regime for visitors from Russia, Belarus, Germany, Italy, Spain, the UK and Ireland, Japan, South Korea, Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Finland.
The new visa waiver rules will be valid for three years - from March 15, 2022. In accordance with the laws of Vietnam, an extension may be offered.
