Export of tropical fruit powders from Hainan Island, China in 2018 increased significantly in Canada, the United States and the European Union


According to statistics from Haikou Customs, from January to July 2018, Hainan exported 35 shipments of tropical fruit powder products weighing 45.77 tons, the cost of which is 360,000 US dollars, which is 94.4% more than in 2017. Exported products include coconut powder, banana powder, lemon powder, papaya powder, pineapple powder, mango powder, etc., are mainly exported to Canada, the US and the European Union and other international markets.

According to reports, to help businesses expand their exports, Haikou Customs focuses on optimizing supervision to ensure that the rate of completion of export products and the completion level of sampling projects reach 100%, and the frequency of daily monitoring is dynamically adjusted with the production season for fruit processing.
