Yesterday in a Beijing newspaper, it was reported what on November 15, 2010 Military department of China has agreed a new plan for development of civil aviation in China. Under the new plan, in Hainan Province will be possible to use a private low-altitude aircraft. We emphasize that, the resolution deals specifically with low-speed and low-altitude propeller-driven aircraft. This type of aircraft is the largest share among all private aircraft in the USA and Western Europe. Chinese companies will soon begin production of propeller-driven aircraft, which cost will be lower than the cost of similar aircraft, manufactured in the enterprises of the United States and Western Europe. It is estimated that, currently in China about 30 million people can afford to buy a plane at such cost. Currently in China, operated by about 200 private aircraft, most of which are very expensive turbojet model, in the event of the Chinese market inexpensive Chinese-made propeller-driven aircraft, China will overtake the USA by number of private aircraft in 10 years. Also reports that, up to December 20, 2010 the airspace of Hainan Province and Guangdong province closed for all types of private aircraft, including hang gliders and balloons, so that if, prior to November 2010 in Sanya you can hang glide and the balloon, now it will only be possible after December 20, 2010.
