NASA scientists have published a photo, obtained by the Hubble Space Telescope, which shows the collision of two galaxies - NGC 2207 and IC 2163, which is very similar to a giant mask (giant eyes). Galaxies NGC 2207 and IC 2163 met and began to dance a sort of gravitational tango about 40 million years ago. It is expected, that these galaxies will merge into a single galaxy. Galaxies NGC 2207 and IC 2163 are located at a distance of 140 million light-years from Earth in the constellation Canis Major.
