Changi Airport will offer visitors a wide self-service capabilities
Company Changi Airport Group, managing international air harbor of Singapore, started a phased implementation of the program of self-service in the departure halls, while first joined the initiative became a budget carrier Asian airline Jetstar Asia.
It is assumed that the duration of the experiment will be three months - it will end in late August. Under the project, passengers will be offered several options for self-service, including check-in and check in hand baggage. Speed passengers from start to finish registration will be fixed with special technical means that will objectively evaluate the effectiveness of such a system, and make the necessary adjustments.
Currently the airport has four kiosks for self check in at the airport and two kiosks for check-in luggage.
