As reported yesterday the Sanya Lands Administration- on June 4, 2011 will held a contest for the right to lease land in the Haitang Bay, an area of 587,380 square meters, for 50 years. Participate in the contest may take only those, who plan to use the this land for construction of tourist facilities. Those wishing to apply until June 3, 2011 and must pay 391.2 million yuan as initial payment for the lease (this is 30% of the cost of this land).
