02/20/2011 Sanya Bus routes will be duplicated in English and Russian languages

Finally happened, that all the foreign tourists were waiting for the last ten years and what we are constantly wrote on our website and forum,- the representatives of the Sanya Municipality reported, that was decided to duplicate the inscriptions on the Sanya bus stops in English and Russian languages. The exact dates of work on duplication of the inscriptions was not reported, but reported that it will be gradual, starting in March 2011. This measure will allow the all foreign tourists to independently organize their excursions in Sanya City. As soon, as the names of the stops duplicates in Russian and English languages, we will report the information about self-guided tours with bus routes of Sanya City. 02/21/2011 Former deputy mayor of Shanghai appointed the Secretary of CPC Sanya Municipal Committee

One of the most important news in the Hainan province today, it's news about appointing a new Secretary of CPC Sanya Municipal Committee-Jiang Sixian was appointed the Secretary of CPC Sanya Municipal Committee. Jiang Sixian was born in 1954 and in 1972 he started his career as a simple worker in the factory of Dalian, in 1976 he joined in the Communist Party of China (CPC) and in 1978 he headed the local party cell. In 1985 he graduated the Department of Mechanical Engineering in Shanghai University, after he worked in various positions in the CPC Shanghai Municipal Committee and in Shanghai Municipality, the his last position in Shanghai- was a deputy mayor of the Shanghai City.

China offers for rent the uninhabited islands near the coast of Hainan Province, PRC 　

State Oceanic Administration of PRC published a list of uninhabited islands near the coast of China, which can be rented for 50 years. In total, 176 uninhabited islands available for rent, among them, 11 islands located in the Liaoning Province, in Shandong Province located 5 islands, in Jiangsu Province located 2 islands, in Zhejiang Province located 31 islands, in Fujian Province located 50 islands, in Guangdong Province located 60 islands, in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region located 11 islands, in Hainan Province located 6 islands. Legitimate opportunity to rent a uninhabited islands near the coast of China was made possible after October 20, 2010, when in China was passed a law "On protection of the islands." In China for driving while intoxicated will get six months in prison 　

Today in China was announced, that from May 1, 2011 in Hainan and in other provinces of China, much tougher penalties for driving vehicle while intoxicated. In China has banned smoking in public places

From May 1, 2011 smoking is officially banned in all public areas of Chinese cities, namely: in shops, hotels, restaurants, bars, cafes, theaters, train stations, airports. Owners of public places are obliged to place in their places a special plaque, where it is written -"No smoking" and alert all of its customers about ban on smoking in public places.
