During the day from July 30 to July 31, 2019, the entire Hainan Island is expected to be under heavy rains and thunderstorms: on the night of July 31, there will be moderate and heavy rains in the eastern half of Hainan Island, and moderate rains in the western half of Hainan Island. From August 1 to 2, there will be heavy rain in most parts of Hainan Island, and there will be heavy rain in some parts of the northwestern part of Hainan Island.
It is assumed that from July 29 to August 3, the following amount of precipitation falls: Lingao, Zhangzhou, Suichang, Quanzhong, Baisha, Changjiang, Dongfang, Wuzhishang, Baotin and Ledong - 250-300 millimeters , Wanning, Lingshui and Sanya - 120-180 mm.
