Scientists from the Hebrew University conducted a study on choosing the best time for meals for get the best effect for weight loss. As a result, according to researchers from the Hebrew University, eating before bedtime is the best time of the day for the use of food as well as, in the words of Israeli scientists, carbohydrate-rich food helps for the next day to save power, and most importantly - such style of food reduces the risk of diabetes and heart disease in humans. As reported, the study was conducted at the Department of Biochemistry and Nutrition at the Faculty of Agriculture of the Hebrew University of JerUSAlem, Israel, among of 78 police officers, half of them for six months followed a special diet and eat at night foods, while volunteers from the control group did not eat before bedtime. As a result, in the first group there were weight loss, reduction of fat in the tissues and decrease in blood sugar levels, in addition, during the day they were in much better condition, than their counterparts from the control group.
