Anatoly Plotnikov, the Russian scientist of East-UKrainian National University of Volodymyr Dahl- solved the second math problem-the SECOND Millennium prize Problem and published it in the international scientific magazine "Journal of computer science"- the problem "P vs NP" (also known as the "Class of P against class of NP"). Solution previously of unsolvable problems "P vs NP" has a very important practical significance, especially for specialists in the field of cryptology - the science that involved in the encryption and decryption of data protection and the development of important information with limited access (banking, military, and commercial). Millennium prize Problems are a seven basic mathematical problems, identified as "important classical problems whose solution were not found for many years." For each solution of this problem is offered by the Institute of Clay a prize of one million U.S. dollars. Was been solved only one of the seven problems of Millennium- the Poincare conjecture in 2002-2003, it has decided by Russian mathematician Grigory Perelman, but he refused to receive the prize of one million U.S. dollars.
