3. In Russia there is a special "police drain" that oppresses talented people. Good specialists are not discriminated groups. Actually, conditional talent settles in our lives, on average significantly better than conventional lazy and incompetent.

Thus, there is no reason to believe that it is the most talented professionals have reasons for departure. Rather, the sweet dream of life in the West are ready to those who have a normal life in Russia for some reason has not worked.
