In the Monthly Notices of the Royal Astronomical Society magazine was published an article of scientists from the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, Canada, under the leadership of Philip Gregory, that a careful analysis of the oscillations in the spectrum of the red dwarf Gliese 667C, collected by spectrograph HARPS, installed on telescope of the European Southern Observatory in La Silla, Chile, was found a three rocky planets on which water can exist in liquid form. Gliese 667 star system is located in the constellation Scorpius on a distance of 22 light years from Earth, Gliese 667 has two orange dwarfs and a small red dwarf- star Gliese 667C. According to Philip Gregory, even though in 2012 it was announced the opening of Earth-like planets in the Gliese 667Cc in the center of "habitable zone," where on the planet's surface, liquid water could exist, but the use of a new technique revealed, that around Gliese 667C must exist not less than six planets, including three of the world should be in the "zone of life" with the conditions for the existence of liquid water on the surface, THE VIDEO:
