The classic version of the boiled diet

The classical variant of the boiled diet is based on the use of a useful, low-calorie food rich in coarse fiber, starch or protein and most fully absorbed only after heat treatment.


For effective fat burning and well-being it is recommended to adhere to the following rules:

Take the food fractionally, in 4-5 receptions.
Cooking cereals only on the water.
Eggs of questionable freshness to cook hard-boiled, fresh - preferably soft-boiled.
