Thus , we see that after the publication of the decision of the Government of the PRC , the prices have gone up sharply , reaching a previously unheard- February for the values of Hainan , the average price of sales at the same  was more than 30000 RMB per sqm. However, due to the fact that the government injections of funds are long-term boom in the real estate market fell significantly in March 2010 , the average price dropped below 20,000 RMB per sqm . Thereafter  Construction Company of Hainan , and real estate agencies had a strong advertising campaign that led to an increase in property prices in April, average prices grew up to 25000 RMB per sq. m. However, when all the ardor of promotions on the decline, prices in June  fell to the lowest for seven months , the average price reached 15,000 RMB per square meter , but then snapped supply constraints - homeowners refused to sell the properties to such a low price that drastically reduced the supply on the market , sales declined in 30 time , compared with January 2010, this led to an increase in real estate in July 2010 , the average price rose to 24,000 RMB per sqm
