The main causes of obesity

1. Overeating
This, I think, is understandable to everyone. The question is how to determine when the state of overeating occurs.
If after eating in the body remains light, and in the mind clarity, then everything is fine. Overeating is likely not.
Signs of overeating that appear after eating:
- a feeling of heaviness in the body
- feelings become dulled
- the thought process slows down
Tends to sleep
- and all signs of indigestion (heaviness in the stomach, heartburn, increased gas formation)

To get up from the table is necessary with a slight sense of hunger, especially for people with excess weight. Satiety comes a little later. You need to be able to stop in time. Normal saturation should not come from the overstretch of the walls of the stomach, but from the fact that the nutrients began to flow into the blood.
A reliable hadith says: "Allah did not create the worst vessel (if it is filled) than the stomach. Therefore, if it is unavoidable (fill it up), do so that a third is for food, a third for drinking and a third for air. "
Here I want to immediately warn objections like "but I eat a lot and I do not get fat." First, to this phrase I want to add an important word - SOW. This is for the time being you eat a lot and do not overflow. Until a certain age or to a certain critical point of health. Then this point comes abruptly and unexpectedly. And already at a certain age, with a heap of accumulated diseases and, in general, life and, in the first place, psychological problems, it is very difficult to change lives, change the image of nutrition, etc. Work on yourself, while allowing youth and health.
Secondly, unhealthy way of life in any case can lead to illnesses - someone has obesity, and someone has other diseases, no less unpleasant and dangerous.

2. Non-observance of a diet.
Nutritional regimen, which contributes to weight gain, is finding all the time in a state of satiety, snacks.
We'll take it all in order.
Now the problem is that a person is always in a state of satiety, forgets what hunger is, is afraid of feeling hungry, eating for good.
HUNGER is a normal healthy physiological condition that MUST be tested periodically. 2-3 times a day - short hunger and 1-2 days a week - prolonged hunger. Or at least 3 days a month.
Hunger is a very good and useful condition.
First, "hunger is the best seasoning" (c).
Food should bring pleasure. If the food does not seem tasty, if it is unpleasant, then it becomes harmful, even if in itself very useful. But on the other hand - to most people useful products seem at least tasteless. And it is hunger that helps to solve this dilemma.
In the regime of constant satiety a person lights up and ceases to sense the sharpness of tastes, his feelings become dull, and on the other hand, there is a fear of remaining hungry. And then you have to go to the tricks: combine incompatible products, use more aggressive food supplements, because without this everything food is literally not getting into the throat - and this all becomes one more factor that causes illnesses, including obesity.
Secondly, if there is no feeling of hunger, this means that the body is not ready to accept, digest and assimilate food and withdraw waste. And if you take food without feeling hungry, endotoxins are formed, which are undigested food components, which in the form of a sticky substance spread from the intestine through the body, clogging the channels / blood vessels, lymph vessels, intestines, etc. /. As a result, it becomes the cause of various diseases and leads to dullness of the senses and a decrease in intellectual abilities.
Here I want to mention separately one more factor of the appearance of obesity and illnesses in general, the sub-point of constant satiety - these are frequent snacks - RECEIVING FOODS WHEN THE PREVIOUS FOOD IS NOT DECREASING.
This is by the way not always the notorious 2 hours. Usually this is a minimum of 4-6 hours. But this time is strictly individual and depends on the constitution of the person and on the properties of the food itself.
If you eat or have a snack (which is essentially the same thing) before the previous food was digested, nothing normally is digested - neither the food that was eaten before, nor the food that was eaten after. As a result, a toxic state arises that accumulates, if a person practices such a diet constantly, and eventually leads to serious illnesses.
So, an important rule of eating: NO HUNGER - NO FOOD RECEPTION.
Hunger must be felt and eaten by hunger - do not eat unless there is a feeling of hunger.
Reading the hadiths and statements of companions, tabins and other historically significant people, you must have met how they valued hunger.
And do not confuse hunger with appetite. Appetite is when "what else to eat ... but I do not want porridge". A hunger is when "I am now ready to eat porridge even without oil." Some people need to starve more than one day ...
I want to emphasize your attention that eating on hunger is the prevention of obesity.
