Protein-vegetable diet for 21 days

Compared to pure protein, the protein-vegetable diet is much easier to transfer and is absolutely beneficial for the body, as it receives almost everything necessary for normal functioning. This method of weight loss can have a different duration, but the most common is the option, designed for 21 days and promises a loss of 10-12 kg.

Essence and rules

The effectiveness of this nutrition program is based on the correct ratio of the components of the diet. It should contain:

50% protein food;
50% of vegetables, of which ¼ part is used in raw form, the rest - after heat treatment by any dietary method (cooking, stewing, steaming, grilling).
Protein products should be chosen low-fat and low-calorie:

Lean varieties of meat and fish;
Eggs;
Skimmed milk and sour-milk products;
Mushrooms.
From the diet, sugar, salt, cereals, potatoes, flour and sweet products, smoked foods and other harmful carbohydrate foods are completely excluded.

This diet does not require a significant reduction in the volume of food, but it provides a significant reduction in its caloric content, which causes stable weight loss without stress for the body. In addition, such a complex of products improves the activity of the digestive tract, has a health and rejuvenating effect.

The success of losing weight depends entirely on the observance of several rules:

From the diet, simple carbohydrates are removed.
Increases the volume of liquid to 2 liters per day.
The meal ends on protein days until 19:00, in vegetable - until 21:00.
Increases physical activity.
Before the diet, unloading days are mandatory. During the period of weight loss, the diet "2 through 2" is observed, that is, 2 days of protein, then 2 - vegetable.

Variants of protein-vegetable ration, designed for 21 days, can be quite a lot. In general, they can be divided into 2 conditional categories - the above alternation of rations and a mixed method, when proteins and vegetables are used together.

Separate (alternation)

The first version is based on a separate use of protein food and vegetables every 2 days with unloading days between them according to the following scheme:

2 days - unloading;
2 days - proteins;
2 days - vegetables, then again unloading, etc .;
The last 21 days is protein.

Days 1, 2:

In the morning - 50 g of dietary bread, 250 ml of lactic acid drink;
During the day - 3 cups (750 ml) of lactic acid drink;
In the evening - 50 g of dietary bread, 250 ml of fresh from tomatoes.
Days 3, 4:

In the morning - coffee with milk, 50 grams of rye bread with 0.5 tsp. Honey;
In the afternoon - 150 ml of broth from fish with 1 piece (100 g) of fish fillet, 1 rye crumb;
For a snack - tea with 0.5 tsp. Honey;
In the evening - 50 grams of cheese, 150 grams of meat, 150 grams of scrambled eggs, 250 ml of lactic acid drink.
Days 5, 6:

In the morning - grated carrots, mint tea;
In the afternoon - soup-puree vegetarian, raw vegetables;
For a snack - stewed vegetables, tea;
In the evening - vegetable casserole, 50 g or a toast of whole-grain bread, tea with honey.
Days 7, 8:

In the morning - 50 g of dietary bread, 250 ml of lactic acid drink;
During the day - 3 cups (750 ml) of kefir;
In the evening - 50 g of dietary bread, 250 ml of fresh from tomatoes.
Days 9.10:

In the morning - tea made from chamomile, 50 grams of rye bread, 100 grams of omelet, 1 tsp. Honey;
In the afternoon - 200 ml of meat beef with 1 piece (100 g) of meat, 100 g of vegetables;
On a mid-morning snack - tea from a dogrose with honey;
In the evening - 100 grams of cheese, 200 ml of lactic acid drink, 80 g of fried eggs for a couple, 1 rye toast.
Days 11, 12:

In the morning - salad of tomato and pepper, 1 rye toast, tea with honey;
For a snack - boiled beet;
In the afternoon - 200 g ragout of cabbage with zucchini, mix of vegetables;
For mid-morning snack - carrot-apple fresh;
In the evening - cabbage salad with nuts.
Days 13, 14:

In the morning - 50 g of dietary (rye) bread, 250 ml of lactic acid drink;
During the day - 3 cups (750 ml) of kefir;
In the evening - 50 g of the same bread, 250 ml of fresh from tomatoes.
Days 15, 16:

In the morning - 200 grams of omelets, tea;
For a snack - 150 g curd savory weight, tea from a dogrose;
In the afternoon - 200 ml of mushroom broth, 100 g of meat;
For a snack - 250 ml of a lactic acid drink;
In the evening - 200 g of mushrooms, tea.
Days 17, 18:

In the morning - a salad to choose from, coffee;
In the afternoon - vegetable stew, vinaigrette, tea with 0.5 tsp. Honey;
For mid-morning snack - carrot casserole, celery juice;
In the evening - vegetarian hodgepodge, herbal tea.
Days 19, 20:

In the morning - 50 g of dietary bread, 250 ml of lactic acid drink;
During the day - 3 cups (750 ml) of kefir;
In the evening - 50 g of dietary bread, 250 ml of fresh from tomatoes.
Day 21:

In the morning - 80 grams of eggs for a couple, tea with chamomile, 50 g or a toast of whole-grain bread;
For a snack - 250 ml of kefir;
In the afternoon - 200 ml of meat broth, 3 chicken cutlets for a couple;
For a snack - tea with honey;
In the evening - 100 g of boiled pork, 50 g of curd, unsweetened mass, tea.
Due to low caloric content and frequent holding of unloading days, this variant of the protein-vegetable diet allows you to quickly reduce a large amount of excess weight. The mixed menu is less strict, but not as effective.
