Green diet on zucchini

In zucchini contain iron, magnesium and potassium, protein, carotene, B and C vitamins, a small amount of sugar. Fundamental rules:

Choose zucchini in a dark green color.
Before cooking, do not purify the fruit from the rind, since it is in it that many useful substances are concentrated.
Be sure to complement the vegetable menu with protein dishes and fruits.
Drink plenty of fluids.
Refuse from sugar, sausages, smoked products, alcohol, confectionery and bakery products.

Breakfast:

Stewed vegetables with zucchini;
Green tea - 1 glass.
Lunch:

Baked zucchini - 300 g;
kiwi;
water.
Dinner:

Snack:

Zucchini, cooked in a favorite way - 250 g;
Carrot and cabbage assortment;
Apple fresh.
Dinner:

Prunes - 100 g;
