Chemical diet for 21 days

The chemical diet is quite tough, it requires the calculation of the caloric content of the diet, strict adherence to diet and dietary rules, and strict adherence to the menu. During the entire course, you can not change foods, meals or diets.

The following recommendations must be fulfilled:

You need to start the course strictly on Monday, because the menu is scheduled on the days of the week.
If the ration is disturbed, everything must be started again (from Monday), regardless of when the breakdown occurred.
With a strong hunger, you can have a snack, but not earlier than 2 hours after eating, using leaf lettuce, cucumber or carrots for this.
The portion sizes indicated in the menu should be observed, if the number of products is not specified, it is allowed to use until full saturation.
All dishes are cooked on the water (cooking, stewing, steaming).
Any fats from the diet are excluded.
It is very important to comply with the drinking regime, drinking daily at least 2.5 liters of water a day, and not squeezing food, but between meals. This volume can include tea, coffee, carbonated water.

Sample menu

For each of the 21 days of the chemical diet, a separate menu with 3 meals a day is suggested.

First week

Monday:

In the morning - 150 grams of scrambled eggs or 200 grams of omelette for a couple, half an orange;
In the daytime unsweetened fruit is unlimited;
In the evening - dietary meat.
Tuesday:

In the morning - 150 grams of scrambled eggs or 200 grams of omelette for a couple, half an orange;

In the evening - 150 grams of scrambled eggs or 200 grams of omelette for steaming, salad, 1 grapefruit.
Wednesday:

In the morning - 150 grams of scrambled eggs or 200 grams of omelette for steaming, half a grapefruit;
In the afternoon - 200 g of cottage cheese, 1 toast, tomatoes;
In the evening - dietary meat.
Thursday:

In the morning - 150 grams of scrambled eggs or 200 grams of omelette for steaming, half a grapefruit;
In the daytime unsweetened fruit is unlimited;
In the evening - dietary meat, leaf salad.
Friday:

In the morning - 150 grams of scrambled eggs or 200 grams of omelette for a couple, half an orange;
In the daytime - 150 grams of scrambled eggs or 200 grams of omelette per pair, vinaigrette;
In the evening - fish or shrimp, lettuce, oranges.
Saturday:

In the morning - 150 grams of scrambled eggs or 200 grams of omelette for a couple, half an orange;
In the afternoon - unsweetened fruit;
In the evening - dietary meat, leaf salad.
Sunday:

In the morning - 150 grams of scrambled eggs or 200 grams of omelette for steaming, half a grapefruit;
In the afternoon - chicken without skin, salad, tomatoes, 1 citrus;
In the evening - a salad.
The second week

Monday:

In the morning - 150 grams of scrambled eggs or 200 grams of omelette for steaming, half a grapefruit;
In the afternoon - dietary meat, leaf salad;
In the evening - 150 grams of scrambled eggs or 200 grams of omelette for steaming, half a grapefruit.
Tuesday:

In the morning - 150 grams of scrambled eggs or 200 grams of omelette for steaming, half a grapefruit;
In the afternoon - dietary meat, leaf salad;
In the evening - 150 grams of scrambled eggs or 200 grams of omelette for steaming, half a grapefruit.
Wednesday:

In the morning - 150 grams of scrambled eggs or 200 grams of omelette for steaming, half a grapefruit;
In the afternoon - dietary meat, cucumbers;
In the evening - 150 grams of scrambled eggs or 200 grams of omelette for steaming, half a grapefruit.
Thursday:

In the afternoon - 150 grams of scrambled eggs or 200 grams of omelette for steaming, hard cheese of white varieties, boiled vegetables;
In the evening - 150 grams of scrambled eggs or 200 grams of omelette for a couple.
Friday:

In the morning - 150 grams of scrambled eggs or 200 grams of omelette for steaming, half a grapefruit;
In the afternoon - fish;
In the evening - 150 grams of scrambled eggs or 200 grams of omelette for a couple.
Saturday:

In the morning - 150 grams of scrambled eggs or 200 grams of omelette for a couple, half an orange;
In the afternoon - dietary meat, tomatoes, 1 grapefruit;
In the evening - fruit salad.
Sunday:

In the morning - 150 grams of scrambled eggs or 200 grams of omelette for a couple, half an orange;
In the daytime - chicken without skin, vinaigrette, tomatoes, 1 citrus;
In the evening - chicken without skin, vinaigrette, tomatoes, 1 citrus.
The third week

For each day, only one or two products are allocated:

Monday - unsweetened fruit;
Tuesday - vegetables in any form;
Wednesday - vegetables and unsweetened fruits;
Thursday - fish, vinaigrette;
Friday - meat, vinaigrette;
Saturday and Sunday - unloading on unsweetened fruits of one kind.
If at the end of 3 weeks the goal is not reached, you can repeat the first week again.

During the diet, you must lead an active lifestyle. After its termination - to keep healthy eating habits, to observe principles of a healthy food and to go in for sports regularly, that weight has not returned.
