The Maggie food system

Maggie's food system is a protein method of losing weight. It is based on the interaction of foods eaten, does not require the counting of calories and assumes strict adherence to the recommended diet. Duration of the diet varies from 2 to 4 weeks. For 1 average course lasting 3 weeks you can throw up to 10 extra pounds.

Essence and rules

In addition to compliance with the diet, it is necessary to follow certain rules:

Drink plenty of fluids, including water, herbal infusions, teas, and coffee without sugar.
Eat boiled vegetables, but without broth.
Use spices, seasonings, spices, onions, garlic.
Any fats to exclude completely.
Strictly adhere to the meal schedule, without changing food and meals.
If the menu does not specify the volume of the portion, the dish is consumed indefinitely.
It will be useful to increase physical activity, but do not overdo it. When a breakdown or any violation of the diet does not continue, and start again.

Sample menu

For the entire 21-day course, breakfast is the same - 150 grams of scrambled eggs or 200 grams of omelette for a couple and half of an orange or grapefruit. Other meals differ by day.

Days 1, 14, 15:

Lunch - fruit in raw form at your choice (mainly apples, pears, kiwi, watermelon, melon);
Dinner - dietary meat.
2, 13, 16th:

Dinner - boiled chicken without skin;
Dinner - 150 grams of scrambled eggs, 1 toast, 1 grapefruit, salad from cucumbers and tomatoes with greens.
3, 12, and 17:

Lunch - white cheese of low-fat varieties, 1 toast, 1 tomato;
Dinner - dietary meat.
4, 11, 18:

Lunch - fruit in raw form at your choice (mainly apples, pears, kiwi, watermelon, melon);
Dinner - dietary meat, vinaigrette.
5, 10, 19-th:

Lunch - 150 grams of scrambled eggs for a couple, salad without filling;
Dinner - fish, raw seasonal vegetables, 1 grapefruit.
6, 9, 20:

Lunch - fruit in raw form at your choice (mainly apples, pears, kiwi, watermelon, melon);
Dinner - dietary meat, seasonal vegetables.
7, 8, 21st:

Dinner - chicken without skin, vinaigrette, 1 orange;
Dinner - vinaigrette.
If there is a severe hunger between meals, you can have a snack with greens, cucumber or carrots.
