Green diet on gooseberry

Gooseberries remove from the body heavy metals and radioactive elements. It is useful for chronic fatigue, hypovitaminosis, diseases of the digestive tract. It is not surprising that the specialists developed a diet based on this berry, which lasts no more than 8 days. In total it is possible to become lighter for 3-4 kg, however, with a large number of extra kilos, the plummet can be up to 8 kg.

Example menu

First day

Breakfast:

Gooseberries - 100 g;
A sandwich made of rye bread and cheese.
Dinner:

Gooseberries - 200 g;
Cottage cheese - 200 g.
Snack:

A lunch portion of berries.
Dinner:

Kefir - 0,5 liters.
Second

Breakfast:

oatmeal;
Compote of gooseberry.
Dinner:

Boiled chicken breast - 200 g;
Berries - 200 g.
Snack:

like yesterday.
Dinner:

Cottage cheese - 1 packet (200 g);
Morning drink.
The proposed diet should be alternated during the designated time.
