Old English diet

The name is due to the fact that in England at all times, a delicate waist was valued, so to achieve the desired parameters, a special diet was developed, which helps to reduce body volumes for pupils of aristocratic boarding houses. In our time, the thin waist does not lose its relevance, so this type of weight loss of 6 kg remains all the same in demand.

The diet takes 10 days. The increased severity of the menu does not differ, but the caloric restriction is present. Products that are needed for meals are available, they can be bought without problems, and the prices for them are quite low. The main components:

oatmeal;
Eggs;
bread;
Milk products;
vegetables;
fruit;
Beans.
Another nice moment of the diet: the dishes are very fast in cooking, so you will not need to stand for a long time at the stove. But the result will begin to appear already from the first day, and by the end of a ten-day course it will necessarily come to a mark of 5-6 kg.

Menu:

Monday

Breakfast: a portion of oatmeal and a cup of strong tea without sweeteners.
Lunch: a cup of chicken broth with a slice of wheat bread and a cup of strong tea.
Dinner: strong tea and 1 sandwich with a thin layer of butter.
Tuesday

Breakfast: a portion of oatmeal and a cup of strong tea without sweeteners.
Lunch: 2 chicken eggs, 1 sandwich made of wheat bread, thinly smeared with butter, and a piece of hard cheese, strong tea.
Dinner: 2 green apples.
Wednesday

Breakfast: 1/3 part of a tea cup of jam and strong black tea.
Lunch: boiled chicken drumstick, black tea.
Dinner: ½ servings of stewed beans.
Thursday

Breakfast: a portion of oatmeal and a cup of strong tea without sweeteners.
Lunch: 3 soft-boiled chicken eggs and strong tea.
Dinner: 2 hard pears (not over-ridden).
Friday

Breakfast: strong tea and 1 sandwich with a thin layer of butter and a slice of hard cheese.
Lunch: boiled chicken drumstick and a glass of milk, black strong tea.
Dinner: 2 baked or boiled potatoes.
Next, you need to repeat the menu on the second circle.

Jam on Wednesday should be berry: this will help restore the vitamin deficiency, which occurs against the backdrop of a monotonous menu. The best is strawberry, blueberry or black currant. Sometimes it is allowed to replace it with a baby puree that does not contain a lot of sugar.

An important requirement is that during the first week the salt is completely excluded, and during the second week it is possible to start adding saline and eggs, only slightly.

Repeat the procedure can be no more than 2 times a year.
