Chinese Spring Festival is the Chinese most important holiday. The whole family gathers for a feast to New Year dinner, which is not only the abundance and variety of dishes, but many traditions. After dinner, the family arranged front of the TV, blithely leading a conversation and watching the grand New Year's Concert, broadcasted every Chinese Central TV. By tradition, New Year's Eve people are asleep and awake until the morning. With the advent of New Year's morning, people dress themselves elegant clothes. Young congratulate the seniors on a holiday and wish them longevity. Children accepted to give red envelopes with pocket money.
