Rice, despite the high caloric content and the predominance of carbohydrates, belongs to the category of dietary products. And all because he cleans the body of toxins, eliminating it from harmful substances and excess weight. It is rich in proteins, minerals and vitamins, which are essential for a healthy life of the organism. Those people who regularly eat rice, strengthen the cardiovascular and nervous systems. A diet based on this product implies the use of brown, unpolished rice. But if you can not pamper yourself with such a delicacy, then you can buy regular round cereals.

At breakfast we eat 60 grams of rice. For taste, you can add a few berries of raisins and a teaspoon of honey.
Lunch a small portion of rice and a piece of low-fat meat: beef, veal, chicken, turkey. If desired, you can add 200 ml of vegetable broth.
For a snack, you can drink a glass of freshly squeezed juice or eat one fruit to choose from (except bananas and grapes).
We have dinner with rice with vegetables (except potatoes). Rice can be in the form of a casserole with cheese or as a regular side dish. Vegetables cook for a couple or cook. Do not pour anything.
Before going to bed, a glass of low-fat kefir is allowed.
During weight loss you need to give up alcohol and coffee. The liquid is consumed in the form of ordinary mineral water or any tea: black, green, red, herbal. If unsalted rice seems too fresh, it is not forbidden to flavor it with soy sauce or olive oil.
