Japanese diet for a month

Salt, sugar and alcohol in all their hypostases are prohibited. This is the main rule of the Japanese diet. We will also have to give up confectionery and flour products. In addition, it is recommended between meals to drink water - boiled or mineral water. It is not advisable to use seasonings and spices, as they irritate taste buds and increase appetite. The fresher the food, the less you eat. Following these rules, you will lose up to 14 kg per month. An important rule of this variant of a diet for a month is to follow exactly the developed diet, not to confuse days and their sequence.

Menu for every day

The menu is made for 2 weeks. It must be repeated 2 times, exactly following the order of food intake.

The first day:

Coffee.
2 eggs, cabbage salad, tomato or tomato juice.
A piece of fish, cabbage cut.
Second:

Coffee and crackers.
Fish, cabbage salad.
A piece of beef, yogurt.
The third:

Coffee.
Egg, boiled carrots.
Apples.
Fourth:

Coffee.
Roast parsnip stewed with butter, apples.
Fruit.
Fifth and tenth:

Carrot salad.
0,5 kg of fish, tomato juice.
Fruit.
The sixth and the ninth:

Coffee.
0.5 kg of chicken, carrot or cabbage salad.
2 eggs, carrot salad.
Seventh and Eighth:

Tea.
Fruit and 200 g of beef.
For dinner, any of the previous options.
Eleventh:

Coffee.
Egg, carrot and butter, 15 grams of cheese.
Fruit.
Twelfth:

Coffee with rusk.
Fried in butter zucchini, apples, breadcrumbs.
200 g of beef, yogurt.
Thirteenth:

Coffee.
Cabbage salad, eggs, tomato juice.
Portion of boiled fish.
Fourteenth:

Coffee.
Portion of fish, cabbage.
200g of yogurt, beef.
This method of losing weight is quite extreme, because it implies a rapid release of excess weight. However, the food is varied, so there will be no shortage of necessary elements.
