Protein diet for a month

With this mode of eating, the use of carbohydrates, especially fast ones, is sharply limited. The basis of the diet is protein, contained in large quantities in meat, protein, fish. The point is that carbohydrates are the source of energy in the body. If they are not enough, active processing of fats begins, which split and thus become a source of this energy. Losing weight occurs gradually, without stress and excess body overload. On average, over a month on a protein diet, it is possible to lose from 8 to 15 kg. This diet has many contraindications. Do not adhere to people with cholecystitis, stomach ulcers, hypertension, gout and some other diseases.

Permitted and Prohibited Products

Green light is a food in which a high protein content is seen: beef, veal, rabbit, chicken eggs, skim milk products, lean fish, chicken. In addition to meat, some grains (rice, buckwheat and oatmeal), fruits (apples and citrus), vegetables (zucchini, cabbage and tomatoes) should also be included in the diet. All this must be prepared without oil: steamed, boiled, baked in the oven or on the grill.

Among the forbidden are all kinds of sweets and food with a high content of carbohydrates, pure fats. Especially avoid canned foods, because they contain a lot of fat and salt. Also among banned sausages, smoked products, pastries, pasta, butter. Bread and sugar are allowed in limited quantities.

Menu for the month

For breakfast, we drink a cup of tea - unsweetened. In a snack you can eat a few small crackers.

Portion of fish with cabbage salad.
Stewed or baked zucchini.
Egg, vegetable stew, 30 grams of tofu.
Chicken breast and grated carrot.
Boiled meat with vegetable sliced.
Boiled fish and tomato juice.
Cheese with boiled carrots.
Chicken and salad of eggs with greens.

Two oranges.
A little oatmeal or rice porridge.
Kefir with a slice of bread.

Boiled beef.
Fried fish.
3 boiled eggs and carrot salad.
Buckwheat porridge with beef.
Plums and pears.
Once a week before going to bed, you are allowed to drink a glass of low-fat kefir. Try to keep your diet varied and not be repeated within a week. Only so your body will receive all the necessary elements for safe weight loss.

Exit from the protein diet

In fact, the release period is a continuation of the diet. Slowly you increase the amount of carbohydrates consumed per day from 20-30 to 60. Further, this figure grows to 120. However, do not forget that saccharides must enter the body through food with long carbohydrates. Baking and confectionery for a long time remain under the ban. Nutritionists are advised to give them up forever. During the exit period, you need to arrange weekly unloading days, when the amount of carbohydrates in food will be minimal. A full return to normal nutrition occurs only after 2-3 months.
